Support & Compliance Agents

For an international companies ​that works in the online industry, support & compliance representative are needed

Job description:

Making reports, sending invoices, dealing with customers through email and phone, working on a CRM system, and being responsible for the communication between the support department to the customers.

Requirements:

Past experience in a familiar position - An Advantage

Experience in the online industry/ gaming/ Green cards/ lottery/FX- an advantage.

Fluent English

Good knowledge of Excel

Availability for full time position

High motivation, Great Human Relations and able to work under pressure.
